[The Face Shop] Yehwadam Revitalizing Toner Rewiew #TFSreview

My recent The Face Shop visit was to pick up a brow pencil since I've lost mine, mysteriously, like my other makeup. The Face Shop Designing Eyebrow Pencil, shade 05 Brown Black. Like my many other store visits, I walk out with something totally different. The Face Shop Brow Master Eyebrow Kit (in Gray Brown because apparently, two shades can cater to everybody), The Face Shop Yehwadam Revitalizing Toner, and The Face Shop Mango Seed Silk Moisturizing Facial Butter. Phew, that was long to type. I wouldn't do it again.

This review will be cut down in three (3) parts, and this is part one (1). (I have no idea why I wrote the numbers in different formats but hey, let me be fancy!). Hopefully, I won't forget to do the other parts...

To start off, I only received this toner as 2 samples with my purchase, so I don't have the full size to take a photo of. Well, there's Google Images, so here you go:

I can't recall the retail price for this in The Face Shop but judging prices from other retailers, damn. That's money. I'm not The Face Shop junkie and sadly, I can't provide a brief summary of their skincare. I only received The Vert Face Mask as a sample and I can tell you, I liked it.

Let's move on to the actual review, don't be bored already.

I apply this toner with a premium cotton square pad, these type of pads are perfect for applying skincare -- not blending or removing makeup, I've tried, don't waste your time. I let the toner sit on my face for awhile (I use 2 cotton pads fyi). Then after 2-3 minutes, or even 1 minute because I'm lazy, let's be real, I take the cotton pads and wipe the opposite side on the rest of my face, neck, and ear. I notice including this toner in my so-called "skincare routine" (I don't have one, I just splash water on my face), my face feels very soft and I feel like a way better person. Since I have the sample size, I take a small bottle with me on the go so I can apply toner outside of my bathroom. I don't bring the cotton pads, I use my hands. Not super hygienic but hey, I love this stuff. The smell is pleasant and not overwhelming. I gag at those products with strong scents to hide the fact the product might be just shit. How can I describe this toner? Well, it smells like that cologne everybody have smelled before. Yes, I'm talking about that basic ass fragrance. Lol, basic... ass fragrance.
I'm a teenager! Don't judge me, well you could because I can't stop you, for finding humor in these crappy jokes.

Now about me, I have clear skin~ unlike the typical teenagers you would imagine with volcanoes. Am I allowed to say that or is it offensive? I don't think it's offensive but the Internet goes crazy at everything. Therefore, I have no idea how this would work on your skin if you're someone with different skin conditions, however, I can assure you--try this toner out, you'll not really like it but you'll fall in love with it.

SUMMARY OF REVIEW (because you don't bother reading the whole thing like me)
☆ texture: 4.9/5 (me being paranoid)
☆ fragrance/smell: 4/5 I'm not all about the cologne life but it sure could be taken down a notch..
☆ packaging: 4.5/5 I don't have the full-size, only sample size, but judging from what I've seen in person, it looks good. the sample size isn't difficult to work with either. rather easy.
☆ quality: 4.8/5 (me being paranoid again) worked for me, moisturizing but not drowning you
☆ OVERALL RATING : 4.55!

Approved by a teenager you probably wouldn't listen to for a review on skincare?
☆ !APPROVED!

Peace, J.

p.s. Am I cool for ending with peace? Is it relevant anymore?
